March 12, at 7:00 p.m. violinist Jihye Park will be performing at our church.  On Saturday, March 19, at 8:00 p.m. the Washington Chamber Orchestra will be performing at our church. March 13 Daylight Savings Time returns. March 24 at 6:30 p.m. is Kelly Kim’s senior piano recital.  It will be at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University Goodwin Recital Hall. There will be music by Beethoven, Debussy, and Bartok, with a reception to follow. This is a free and public event so feel free to bring family and friends. March 27 is Easter Sunday.  At 2:00 we will have a KM/EM Combined Praise Service.  We will also hold a confirmation and Baptism.  Those eligible should let Pastor John or Pastor Syd know. The Session decided last week to three major construction projects: renovation of the old sanctuary, renovation of the old fellowship area, and construction of a parking lot on the land between our sanctuary and Grace Grove.  Over the coming 3 months, there will be a special offering for these projects estimated to cost $20,000. March 27 will be our first English Service in the New Sanctuary.  The KM service will move from 11:15 to 11:30.  We will start at 10:00 sharp, given our hard stop time at 11:15.
